LOVELY SEASIDE COTTAGE TUCKED AWAY IN THE HEART OF SHERINGHAM JUST MINUTES FROM THE BEACH This cosy hidden away cottage approached by a footpath is perfectly situated for the beach or exploring all Norfolk has to offer. Walk to the traditional bustling seaside town of Sheringham which has lots to offer from a beautiful beach where you can sit and watch the crab fishermen come and go to many independent shops tearooms and restaurants. Take the North Norfolk Steam train which follows the coast along to the popular town of Holt. Venture a little further afield to the National Trust properties of Felbrigg and Bickling Hall and Sheringham Park. Other popular attractions include Tank Museum at Weybourne Little Theatre Splash Leisure Centre and Bewilderwood. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double 1 single and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with flatscreen TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge and microwave. Utility room: cupboard with washing machine. Outside: please note there is no outside space however the beach is only a 2 minute walk away. Amenities: no allocated parking however there are car parks and roadside parking close by. Bed linen towels (please bring your own beach towels) and central heating included. 1 small well-behaved dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking. Additional info: Welcome pack on arrival with tea coffee milk and biscuits. Stairgate available on request and selection of children s toys available. Location: beach shops and pubs all within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm
